Mobile app development in Malaysia, for your customers and your team.

iOS and Android apps your customers keep on their phone, and apps your staff use out in the field. Built once for both, connected to the systems you already run, at one fixed price and supported after launch.

Two apps for an aircon service company: the customer's app showing the technician on the way on a live map, and the technician's app with a finished checklist, photos and the customer's signature

What it does for you

  • Your business on their home screen

Customers book, order, track and collect points in your app, and you reach them with a notification instead of an ad.

  • Your field team in sync

Jobs, photos, signatures and payments reach the office the moment they happen, not at the end of the day.

  • One app for iPhone and Android

Built once for both, so every new feature reaches all your users at the same time and costs less to build and look after.

Apps we build

Customer apps and staff apps, each designed around how it will be used. Most connect to a web system your office works in.

  • Customer booking and service apps

Customers book a service, see who is coming and when, pay, and get the service report on their phone.

    Live trackingNotifications
  • Loyalty and member apps

Points, vouchers, a member QR code and ordering ahead, so customers come back more often.

  • Field service and technician apps

Today's jobs, checklists, before and after photos and the customer's signature, sent to the office as each job is done.

    PhotosSignatures
  • Delivery and driver apps

Stops in order, cartons scanned, proof of delivery and cash to collect, visible to the office live.

  • Inspection and checklist apps

Forms that work offline on site, with photos and notes, and a PDF report sent when the check is done.

  • An app for the system you already run

A phone app for your staff or customers, built on the data and rules of the system your office uses today.

What your app can look like

Three apps companies often start with. Each one is designed around your own customers, brand and process.

  • A cafe member app: a QR code to scan at the counter, points, vouchers and an order ahead button

    Loyalty app

A cafe's member app: the QR code to scan at the counter, points, vouchers, and ordering ahead to skip the queue.

  • A driver app: today's stops, cartons scanned, photo and signature taken as proof, and the next stops with cash to collect

    Delivery app

A distributor's driver app: today's stops, cartons scanned, a photo and signature as proof, and cash to collect.

  • A site inspection app working offline: checks marked pass or fail, a failed item with a photo, and a button to send the report as a PDF

    Inspection app

A contractor's inspection app: checks done offline on site, a failed item with a photo, and the report sent as a PDF.

How a project runs

Every project follows the same five steps, so you always know what happens next. Most go live in 8 to 16 weeks.

  1. We map how you work

We sit with your team, see how the business runs today, and write down every screen, rule and step for you to sign.

  2. You get one fixed price

One price for everything in the plan. You pay in stages as each part is delivered, never by the hour.

  3. You see it being built

You try working parts of the system along the way, so there are no surprises at the end.

  4. Your team tests it

Your team tests the system against the signed requirements, and we fix until every test passes.

  5. We launch and look after it

We go live, train your staff, and keep the system running and supported after launch.

Common questions

How much does a mobile app cost in Malaysia?

It depends on what the app needs to do. After a free first meeting we send you a proposal and quotation. Once the requirements are agreed and signed, the price is fixed and paid in stages, so you know the full cost before we build.

How long does it take to build?

Most projects go live in 8 to 16 weeks, depending on how much the app needs to do. You try working parts along the way, so there are no surprises at the end.

Do we need two apps, one for iPhone and one for Android?

No. We build one app that runs on both, so you pay for one build and every update reaches all your users at the same time.

Do you put the app on the App Store and Google Play?

Yes. We prepare the store listings and submit the app under your company's own developer accounts, so the app is listed in your name. Apple and Google charge their own developer account fees, paid to them directly.

Should we build an app or a web app?

If customers use it now and then, a web app is usually enough and costs less. An app makes sense when people use it often, need notifications, or your staff need the camera, scanning or offline use in the field. We tell you which one fits in the first meeting.

What happens after launch?

Apple and Google update their phones every year, and apps need small updates to keep working. A care plan keeps your app updated, maintained and supported, and its data runs on AWS in the Malaysia region with daily backups.
