I have spent my career building systems companies cannot afford to have fail: dispatch platforms for insurers and HR systems running across countries. Today I lead Forward Genix and run ForwardChat, our own AI platform that Malaysian businesses use every day. When you work with us, you work with me directly, from the first requirements session to launch and beyond.
What people ask us before every project.
It depends on what the system needs to do. After a first meeting we send you a proposal and quotation at no cost. Once the requirements are agreed and signed, the price is fixed and paid by milestone, so you know the full cost before we build.
Most projects go live in 8 to 16 weeks, depending on scope. You see working software at agreed checkpoints along the way, not a big reveal at the end.
We write the requirements with you and you sign them before we build. Your team then tests the system against those requirements, and we fix until every test passes.
Your data is always yours, and you can export it to Excel any time. For the system itself, our quotation gives you two options: a licence, where Forward Genix keeps the source code and looks after the system for you, or full ownership, where the source code is handed over to you on final payment.
Your system runs on AWS in the Malaysia region, with daily backups. After launch, a care plan keeps it maintained, updated and supported.
