Built by partners who got tired of advice that never shipped.

Apex Consulting was founded in 2014 in Kuala Lumpur by a group of former Big Four partners and ex-regulators. We saw too many Malaysian companies pay for thick reports that gathered dust. So we built a firm with a single rule: we stay until the recommendation becomes a result.

Most diagnostic engagements begin within five working days of our first call. Larger mandates are scoped within two weeks.

Do you work with smaller SMEs or only large groups?

Both. Our Advisory Sprint is built for owner-led SMEs, while transformation mandates suit listed and pre-IPO groups.

Are your fees fixed or hourly?

We prefer fixed-scope and outcome-linked fees so you know your investment up front. No surprise hourly billing.

Is the first consultation really free?
