We are based in Shah Alam and cover the whole Klang Valley: Petaling Jaya, Subang, Klang, Damansara, Cyberjaya and surrounding Selangor. Larger industrial jobs can extend nationwide.
Is the site survey really free?
Yes. Anywhere in the Klang Valley, our site visit, measurement and initial advice cost you nothing and carry no obligation to proceed.
How do progress payments work?
We work on staged claims tied to completed milestones, agreed up front in your contract. You never pay ahead of work done on site.
Do you handle council submissions and permits?
For Design & Build and major renovation jobs, yes. We manage MBSA, MBPJ and BOMBA submissions through our panel of licensed engineers and architects.
