Ask us directlyDo you handle heritage and MBPP approvals?
Yes. For properties inside the George Town UNESCO zone we prepare the conservation submission, liaise with MBPP and work to the heritage guidelines on materials and facades. We include this in our scope so you are not chasing departments yourself.
How long does a typical renovation take?
A full landed-home renovation usually runs 4 to 7 months, while a heritage shophouse restoration is often 6 to 10 months depending on structural condition. We give you a milestone schedule before we start and update it weekly.
Can you work with my own architect or designer?
Absolutely. Many of our clients come with an architect already. We are comfortable as the build partner, and our workshop can also produce the bespoke joinery your designer specifies.
What areas do you cover?
Our home base is Penang island, and we take selected projects in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Ipoh. For builds outside Penang we stage a dedicated site team rather than stretching a single crew.
How do payments work?
We work on agreed stage payments tied to completed milestones, never large upfront lump sums. Everything is itemised in your quotation, and variations are only billed once you approve them in writing.
