What size of projects does BinaCorp take on?
As a CIDB G7 contractor we handle projects of any value, from RM 120,000 renovations to commercial developments above RM 50 million.
Do you provide a fixed price, or is it cost-plus?
We issue a fixed lump-sum contract based on a detailed bill of quantities. Any client-requested changes are quoted and approved before work proceeds.
Do you handle authority submissions and approvals?
Yes. Our in-house team manages CIDB, BOMBA, local council and utility submissions as part of our design-and-build service.
What warranty do you offer after handover?
Every project carries a standard 12-month defects liability period, with extended warranties available on waterproofing and structural works.
