Frequently asked questions
Do I need an appointment, or can we walk in?
Both work. We keep daily same-day slots for sick children, but booking ahead for vaccinations and check-ups means almost no waiting. You can book online here or WhatsApp us.
Which vaccines do you provide?
The full Malaysian National Immunisation Programme schedule plus optional vaccines such as rotavirus, influenza, chickenpox, hepatitis A and HPV. We will walk you through what is due at each visit.
From what age can my child be seen here?
From day one. We care for newborns right through to 18 years, including jaundice and weight reviews in the first weeks and teen health visits.
What are your fees?
Consultations start from RM 60. Vaccinations, screenings and packages are priced separately and always quoted before we proceed, so there are no surprises at the counter.
Do you accept insurance or panel cards?
We accept most major medical cards and can issue itemised receipts for reimbursement. Please bring your card and IC, and let our front desk know when you check in.
