Do I need a referral to book at Aurora Dental Studio?
Not at all. You can book directly through our form, WhatsApp or by phone. New patients start with a smile consultation where we assess your needs and walk you through your options and pricing.
What payment and instalment options are available?
We accept cash, all major cards, e-wallets and offer 0% instalment plans of up to 12 months on treatments above RM 1,000. Your coordinator will tailor a plan during your consultation.
Can I claim through my dental insurance or panel?
Yes. We are happy to provide itemised invoices and supporting documents for reimbursement, and we work with several corporate panels. Let us know your provider when you book.
How long does a Smile Design with veneers take?
Most cases are completed across two to three visits over about three weeks. You will preview a digital mock-up and approve the shape and shade before any permanent work begins.
Is the clinic suitable for anxious or first-time patients?
Absolutely. Our calm, spa-like rooms, gentle dentists and sedation options are designed for nervous patients. Tell us your concerns and we will go at a pace that feels right for you.
