Good to know before you visit
Do I need to make an appointment first?
Walk-ins are always welcome, but booking online or by WhatsApp means you are prioritised and spend less time waiting. Appointments are especially recommended for health screening and antenatal visits.
Do you accept company panels and insurance?
Yes. We are a panel clinic for many local employers and accept most major insurers including AIA, Great Eastern, Allianz and Prudential. Please bring your guarantee letter or panel card on the day of your visit.
Can I get a medical certificate (MC)?
Yes. After a consultation, our doctors can issue a valid medical certificate where clinically appropriate, along with a printed receipt for your records.
What are your hours on public holidays?
We open from 9:00am to 5:00pm on most public holidays. For confirmation on specific dates, please WhatsApp us before visiting.
Is parking available at the clinic?
Yes. There are free street parking bays directly in front of the clinic and a covered car park within the same block. The clinic is wheelchair and pram accessible.
Do you offer online or telephone consultations?
We offer teleconsultation for follow-up reviews and repeat medication for our existing chronic-care patients. New or urgent concerns are best seen in person.
