Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking 3 to 5 days ahead, especially for weekends. Weekday mornings are usually the quietest if you prefer a calmer visit.
Where exactly are you located?
We are on Jalan Telawi 3 in Bangsar Baru, a two-minute walk from Bangsar Village. Paid parking is available at the Village car park.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes. Memberships are month-to-month with no lock-in. You can pause once a year and cancel anytime with 14 days notice.
